Leadership
Current product scope: Director of Product Design & AI Operations at Inbox Health
Sole product designer across a seven-app platform, reporting to the CEO. I authored the design organization’s 2026 OKRs, created nine design initiatives, and linked every sprint task to a product or design initiative so design work reports at the GTM level. I wrote the guide to the Claude Code build loop that gets designers to a first merged PR without a live walkthrough, and a 16-skill reference library for anyone ramping on the monorepo. As the sole designer I closed 368 design tasks across 13 sprints.
People management: Managed and coached designers, marketers, and an intern
At SoluTech, as VP, I managed a designer, a contract designer, and two marketers, and wrote job descriptions and hired. At Digital Surgeons I managed a junior designer on the Carrier work for about a year. At Inbox Health I briefly managed a product designer, supervised the eight-week summer 2026 design intern, and helped run hiring loops for a design intern and a product manager.
Teaching: Quinnipiac University, since Fall 2026

Organizational leadership: AIGA Connecticut, a volunteer board of 12+
Co-President of a nonprofit chapter. The chapter ran the Emerging Professionals Workshop, with 59 registrations in 2020, and the Make-A-Thon, a 12-hour pro-bono design marathon for local nonprofits.
